These days, the companies conduct campus round of selection at usually the 7th or 8th semester and there are thousands of students who sit for these companies. But, only a few people out of them are selected. So, to get over the stiff competition, people require being prepared. The campus selection usually consists of the written round, after passing of which, they sit for the Group Discussion round and the HR Interview.
